Feeling confident on stage can be tough. Even when you’ve spent hours drilling your music, the
addition of movement and blocking can be super overwhelming. In this class we will explore
movement through emotion and story to get folks comfortable in their own bodies. Whether you
are in an ensemble or a soloist, every single person is on stage to tell the story together.
Everyone will be asked to participate in the movement. All levels welcome!
