The Leadership Dynamic course identifies the different styles group members hold when contributing to rehearsals, exploring how all members can deepen their connection to the rehearsal process and adopt inclusive behaviors to increase engagement. Through a rehearsal simulation, singers will learn how to hold each other accountable when contributing to a positive and productive environment.
