Robert Lee is a full-time a cappella director based in San Francisco, organizing fulfilling retreats and programs for adults of all levels including the Jabberwocks (Brown University), Techapella (501c3), Ro Sham Bo (vocal jazz), Fog City Singers (barbershop), and The A Cappella Collective (contemporary).

Robert started his career in tech, and did a 180 to become a voice coach in 2019, all the while singing, directing, and hosting a cappella events on the side. In 2023, he took the dive into a cappella full-time.

Robert's experiences growing up in Hong Kong, spending years as a business analyst and then voice coach, studying event design (the art of gathering), and life/leadership coaching (co-active) contribute to his mission of making a cappella accessible and fulfilling for adults of all levels. Ultimately, his lofty goals are to create belonging and fulfillment in the world, and restore faith in humanity.
